A complete redux of an existing 50’s post war bungalow on a quality corner lot with panoramic scenes of Vancouver’s skyline and the North Shore Mountains. Our Green strategy was to utilize the built energy already imbedded by using the old footprint, some exterior walls and 100% of the basement/foundation. All bedrooms were moved to the new upper rectangular bar that cantilevers over the original framed walls – insuring a larger open main floor living space. Large corner windows and a rooftop deck maximize the view corridors.
