Mellow Yellow House

All new constructed Coastal home located one block from Moonlight Beach. Our design objective was three fold – a functional open interior, a direct connection to outdoor living and maximize the size of all outdoor green spaces. We collaborated with AIA Architect, Jamie Miller of UF Architecture and local Green Builder, Jeff Adams of Wave Crest Contracting.  Resulting in an L shaped Courtyard House with a small footprint on the environment, healthy living spaces and very Energy Efficient.
